Return Policy

Web Page and Tenant Billing must be terminated within 12 hours of ordering by credit card.
Web Page and Tenant Billing after 12 hours each have the fee charged of $55.00 due to web and card design, uploading and printing. Succeeding months can be billed at any time so long as not in the current month or no mailing have occurred. (Note that Tenant Billing begins 5 days before the current month).
Credit Reports are refundable so long as the tenant's application has not been recieved by Landlord Easy.com After than receipt of the application there is no refund (there is a cost to us.)
